Refund Policy

Use of TVGHosting/TeraTree Service constitutes acceptance and agreement to TVGHosting/TeraTree AUP (Acceptable Use Policy) as well as TVGHosting/TeraTree TOS (Terms of Service) and Privacy Policy (Privacy). From herewith in this TOS, AUP, and Privacy Policy, the usage of "us", "we", "our", "ours" shall constitute reference to TVGHosting, the usage of "you", "your", "they", "them" shall refer to client / customer of TVGHosting/TeraTree.

Refund Policy

There are absolutely no refunds on provisioned dedicated servers. If you wish to cancel your service, you must do so at least 7 days prior to you billing date. If you fail to cancel your server with 7 days notice we will automatically bill your credit card or Paypal subscrition. Cancellation prior to the completion of the service contract may incur additional fees.

If your service is terminated because of SPAM or Network Abuse you will not get a refund for any unused or prepaid months of service
